Ongoing pharmacologic care prescribed thoughtfully and conservatively. Includes monitoring response, adjustments, and deprescribing where appropriate, always in the context of the whole picture.
In-person visits
In-office Spravato nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression, administered under clinical supervision in a calm, monitored setting. Includes pre-treatment evaluation, ongoing monitoring, and integration with your broader care plan.
Integrated with care
Advanced gastrointestinal testing to assess microbial imbalance, dysbiosis, and inflammation. Results are interpreted in the context of your mood, cognition, and stress response.

A one-time consultation for patients with an existing prescriber who want a second opinion through a psychosomatic and functional lens.

In-person and telehealth visits are available via secure, HIPAA-compliant video or in the office. Patients must be physically located in California, Colorado, or Illinois at the time of each visit.
